Technical Support
Complimentary technical support, including one free one-on-one training session of up to 90 minutes, is available only to customers who purchase a bundle of 50 forms or more. This includes reasonable follow-up questions related to software use, setup, or troubleshooting.
Pay-as-you-go purchases do not include complimentary support. Support for pay-as-you-go customers, as well as additional support requests, extended training, data entry assistance, or issues caused by user error, may be billed at $150 USD / $225 CAD per 30-minute increment, with a minimum charge of $150 USD / $225 CAD.
No support fee will be charged if the issue is confirmed to be caused by a software error or system malfunction.
